Current Situation Of Afghanistan

You will be surprised to hear that Afghanistan is going to become the richest country in South Asia. Afghanistan is a country that has been living under the poverty for centuries, which has always gone through wars, and has tried to come out from poverty every time. The hallmark of this country is its poverty. Here, now the politics of the Taliban has returned, this country has now gained so much power that, in terms of wealth. It can even leave big rich countries like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Qatar behind. And the main reason for this is that precious natural treasures like crude oil and lithium have come out on the land of Afghanistan.

Extraction Treasure

It will be impossible for them alone to extract lithium from the mountains and crude oil from the ground, unless some advanced country actively supports them in this work, and anyway, the technology used for this work is currently only a few countries have it. In 2010, the New York Times published the news that Afghanistan is full of material reserves of at least 10 billion dollars.

Everyone knows the use of petrol and diesel. It has been noticed regarding Afghanistan, that oil extraction has started here. The Taliban has started extracting crude oil in northern Afghanistan with the help of a Chinese company. The Minister of Petroleum and Energy of the Taliban says that 100 tons of oil will be extracted from the oil wells in Sir-e-Pul every day, which will generate millions of dollars in revenue for the Afghani government. The Taliban's state oil and gas company and Chinese contractor are jointly extracting crude oil from the area. Petroleum Minister Shahabuddin Dilawar, along with officials of a Chinese company that inaugurated the project, told that oil extraction from the Qashqari well in Sir-e-Pul province would begin soon.

 New Oil Well Discovered

By the end of 2023, 15 more wells will be repaired and drilled in the area, with a capacity of more than 1,000 tons of crude oil per day, and investors are invited to participate in the project. And by providing new employment opportunities. For the unemployed Afghani residents, Afghanistan will also defeat unemployment.

Contract Signature

Earlier this year, the Taliban government in Xinjiang signed a 25-year deal with the Chinese company Central Asia Petroleum and Gas Company (CAPEIC) to extract oil in the country's north. While the Taliban initially had around 20 percent in profit, they will be share partners. It will increase to 75 percent in the future.

Oil reserves have been identified in five areas of northern Afghanistan that reach an area of 4,500 square kilometers, one of which is Qashgari, whose reserves are estimated at 78 million tons. Afghanistan has vast natural resources, including various minerals, crude oil, and gas, estimated to be worth up to $3 trillion.

Lithium extraction

China wants to help Afghanistan to extract lithium from the mountains of Afghanistan. In return, the Taliban would first sell it to China and then China wants to store it to increase the price or sell it out to the whole world at high prices.

Construction in Afghanistan by China

China has also told them that if they make this deal with us, we will fully support them in whatever construction they have to do in Afghanistan. Now not only the Taliban but the whole world are aware that, in terms of China’s construction is at the forefront, to build any magnificent building in the world or to work on any of the most difficult projects, Chinese engineers stand first. According to a report, to impress tourists, the biggest buildings, restaurant, and parks for entertainment purposes will be built in Afghanistan. Even the most modern things that are being made in the world at this time will all be installed in Afghanistan.

Lithium-ion batteries

And now it turns out that all the mineral deposits here contain metal called lithium, which is the metal used in mobile and laptop batteries and gasoline-powered car batteries, as well as electric cars. All the batteries currently being manufactured in the world are incomplete without lithium. According to an estimate, by 2030, the number of diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles around the world will decrease, and they will be replaced by electric cars. It has already started even now in India. Changing points for electric vehicles are being built everywhere. When the number of electric vehicles increases, it will increase the importance of lithium. It can be assumed that as oil was called black gold in the 20th century, lithium is called white gold in the 21st century.

Importance of Lithium

Experts say that the demand for lithium metal will increase 50 times by the year 2040. So, when oil came out of Afghanistan, the whole world was shocked that the situation in Afghanistan would be better now, but the happiness that they got now was not even imagined by the Taliban themselves, just like Saudi Arabia had ruined its economy by extracting oil in the same way. Both lithium and crude oil now in Afghanistan are naturally present. This will change the entire map of the country. If we talk about the amount of lithium found here, according to a report, Afghanistan currently has more lithium than oil in Saudi Arabia. While not only lithium but also gold, iron, and copper deposits worth billions of dollars are also present here in large numbers.

Now, like the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other well developed Arabic countries, the people of Afghanistan will also be able to live a luxurious life. Please comment and share it with us. Please follow our page and comments. Thanks
